What costs will you incur in addition to the rent?
If you want to rent a furnished apartment through rooments., you always do so at the so-called “warm rent”. Electricity, gas, water and internet are therefore included in the rent. If you need a parking space, you will incur additional costs.
Is it possible to change the furniture?
Our apartments are contemporary and stylishly furnished. However, if you are not satisfied with the furnishings, please contact us so that we can discuss replacing your furniture. Damaged furniture will, of course, be replaced if it shows signs of natural wear and tear.
Do the apartments come with a parking space for my car?
If you rent a flat or an apartment from us, you also have the option of booking an underground parking space for your car. This ensures that you always have a parking space in a big city like Stuttgart.

We have four different apartment concepts for you, depending on what your living space requirements are. Our basic apartments (1 room) are available in the sizes 27-57m². Smart apartments (1 room) are available with 35-37m². Our business apartments (2 rooms) have a size of 47-62m². The studio apartment (2 rooms), for guests who want more space, has 70m² of living space.
In which versions are the unfurnished flats available?
Our unfurnished rental flats have a living space of up to 98m². You can make yourself as comfortable as you like in your new 3-room apartment. If you like, a penthouse apartment on the 6th floor is also available. A special highlight is the daycare center on the first floor, which takes the stress of dropping off and picking up children away from working parents.
What is the minimum rental period?
We let our unfurnished rental flats and furnished apartments for a minimum period of six months. In return, our tenants receive first-class accommodation in the center of Stuttgart during this time and can enjoy life in the city as well as working.
